We are searching for a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in identifying and implementing solutions that drive business growth. As a Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between our business stakeholders and our IT team, working closely with both to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions that optimize our processes and achieve strategic goals. ‬

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.
  • Gather and analyze data to develop solutions and recommendations for process improvement and system enhancements.
  • Document business requirements clearly and concisely using appropriate methodologies (e.g., UML, flowcharts).
  • Work collaboratively with IT teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories, use cases, and system requirements specifications (SRS).
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that developed solutions meet business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with business analysis methodologies (e.g., BABOK, Agile) and data modeling techniques (e.g., ER diagrams) is a plus.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Asana) is a plus.
